Can I request a custom pet drawing?

Yes! All of our pastel drawings are custom-made. Simply provide a clear photo of your pet, and we’ll create a one-of-a-kind portrait just for you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Custom drawings usually take 5–10 business days to complete. For accessories, we ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you accept returns?

For custom artwork, we’re unable to accept returns. For accessories, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us at [your email] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
